Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We follow the Douglas County School calendar except for Summer. We will be open the whole summer, except for 2 weeks at the end of July through the beginning of the school year. Parents will be notified in April.
Before enrollment, we conduct a comprehensive in-person pre-admission interview to discuss your child's needs, explain our program philosophy, answer your questions, and assess whether our services are a good fit for your family.
Send us a message for more information on rates. Tuition is due the first Monday of each month (prepaid). Payments can be made in cash or by check.
Children should not attend if they have a fever of 100.4°F or higher, vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, undiagnosed rashes, severe abdominal pain, persistent cough, or loss of taste/smell. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning.
We use positive reinforcement and redirection to guide behavior. Our goal is to help children develop self-regulation and problem-solving skills. We never use physical punishment, verbal abuse, or withholding of food.
We provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we will accommodate your child's needs.
Late fees are assessed after 4:00 PM: $1/minute for 4:00-4:10, $20/minute for 4:11-4:59. After 1 hour with no communication, we will contact local police. Emergency contacts will be notified after 10 minutes.
Minor injuries are treated with basic first aid. For serious injuries, we contact parents immediately and seek emergency medical care. We conduct regular drills and our evacuation plan is posted in the facility.
Refunds are not given. If parents initiate a withdrawal, a two-week written notice is required and tuition will be collected during that period even if the child is not in attendance.
Screen time is limited to educational content and does not exceed 30 minutes per day. We prioritize active play and hands-on learning.
Nap/rest time is 1:30-2:30 PM. Each child has their own designated sleeping area with clean bedding in a quiet, comfortable environment.
Children have outdoor playtime daily, weather permitting. Please provide appropriate clothing for outdoor activities.
Please inform us in writing of any allergies or special dietary needs. We will work with you to accommodate these needs and ensure your child's safety.
